Annapolis Renovation

This home was already beautiful, with great big windows, high ceilings, and lots of space. The homeowner wanted a fresh, bright, Modern Farmhouse feel so that was our inspiration. We renovated most of the first floor, including the kitchen, living room, and powder room. My favorite change is the chandelier, it truly shines and makes a memorable statement in the living room.

In the powder, we added tall board and batten, lightened everything up with paint, new mirror, light fixture, and art. We kept the existing pedestal sink and flooring. What a difference!

Before- We moved the range and microwave over slightly so that they would be centered. We also dropped the bar height counter down and squared the end of the peninsula off.

The kitchen had some major changes! All new cabinets, counter that we carried up for the backsplash, and all new hardware.
