Columbia Full Reno

I think we all know that this current real estate market is crazy! This client bought a house that really wasn’t her taste but her desire to be a homeowner outweighed that, so she called me! This project was a total renovation, and I mean TOTAL. We changed pretty much everything including a lot of layout changes. We had the main living and kitchen area completely opened up, we raised the floor in the living room (sunken floors can feel really dated plus its hard to get a good furniture layout with them). We also added a powder room and coat closet to the entry. Ok, enough talk, here are some pictures!
