Attic Overhaul

This attic was full of potential! It was finished, but was left as just one large space. These homeowners had dreams of turning this space into two dedicated bedrooms with a bathroom in between for their children. We made it happen! We were able to fit a full bath where there was none. We created two dedicated bedrooms, both with closets and some cute builtins making sure we used all of the space that this attic provided.

We had to use an angled shower for spatial and code reasons but it turned out fabulous with the addition of custom tile.
