Sunroom Addition

This family had an underused deck that they dreamed of turning into a fabulous family space. They wanted the room to be part sunroom with lots of windows but also have a fireplace, bookcases, and be a cozy stop they could gather in to play a game or read a book. The result was just that! This is a fabulous multi use space that will be perfect for holiday gatherings as well as everyday life. Since it is an addition there are no before pictures but I can show you a little of the planning process. Here is our original spatial layout and design board:
